Two step issue...

Bought my 2Step w Wot option some months ago and recently took my car to a Nissan 350z shop here in Il to do alot other things to my car and found out after setting the car once on the 2step inicial time it will not operate a second time unless ignition switch is turn off and start the car again. Car has not left the shop (ProjectX). Shop emailed twice but have not gotten a response yet. Any help? Jrmaldo72@hotmail.com (773)727-9508
